1. One-Time Setup Fees​

For signed contracts that include one-time setup fees, all setup fees are non-refundable once the contract is signed.

2. Recurring Monthly Service Contracts

For recurring monthly service contracts:

Cancellation Notice: We require a 14-day advance notice via email to cancel any recurring monthly services.

Refund Eligibility: Services billed within the 14-day notice period will not be refunded.

3. Technical Errors

In the event of technical errors, such as double-charging or other billing mistakes, a full refund will be issued promptly to correct the error.

4. Refund Claims for Service Execution

If there is an inability or failure to execute services as agreed:

A claim for a partial refund may be considered.

Refunds in such cases will be determined by a fair calculation of compensation based on the time and effort invested.​
